I was frustrated with a few things. The minibar was locked upon arrival, requiring a call to maintenance. It seemed odd that access was restricted based on a room deposit. It is just poor service. breakfast felt too commercial. The egg benedict was not fresh. The eggs seemed pre-made. I ended up getting breakfast at the coffee shop downstairs.

The Royal Club lounge was acceptable. Every staff member.

The reception was disorganized. I waited 20 minutes to check in. Music blared from the bar every night from 11:00pm to 2:00am (which i found excessive). The restaurants felt pretentious, and the food was average.

The breakfast selection offered many options. the aesthetics of the room were well designed. I noticed good thought went into it. the staff members seemed very friendly and happy to assist with requests.

The service did not fully meet the expectations i had. shower caps were not readily available. It took time to get them after requesting. the night light in the room could not be switched off, even after maintenance tried.

this hotel is fine. i booked my next stay while still at breakfast. the room, staff, and service were really good. i especially appreciated the little touches, like the provided sandals for both kids and adults. the breakfast at gastronomy offered a wide array of choices to cater to every taste.

the minibar locked based on a room deposit being paid seemed odd though. i found this to be a bit inconvenient for a hotel of this caliber.

the hotel is close to the monorail. it provided easy access to the rest of the area. the views from the balcony were lovely! especially overlooking the water fountains and the palm.

the room was amazing, a sky view suite. i really liked how large it was and that it had all necessary amenities. i especially enjoyed the restaurants, all very clean with first class service (the greek seafood at estiatorio milos was divine!). the staff throughout the hotel was helpful and kind.

the reusable water bottles in the room smelled odd. the water was undrinkable (i bought bottled water instead).

the hotel architecture is interesting. the variety of dining options provided considerable choice (i liked the japanese restaurant the most).

the check-in process was slow. i waited almost 40 minutes for my room to be ready. the in-room iron was subpar (it looked quite old). the ironing board was wobbly too.
